GM Survey
Fill out the GM Canada survey, that will be sent out at random by GM Canada to customers personal email, after a service is completed on your vehicle at Summit GM.
When the survey is complete and returned, you will then be entered into the draw.
Contest will be running this until December 31st, 2021.
